The Annual Meeting of WEBER OAKS HOA has been scheduled for October 19th, 2026 at 6:30pm.
The meeting will take place at: Miami Twp Parks and Recreation, 6101 Meijer Drive Milford Oh, 45150

Elections for two (2) seats on the Board of Directors will take place at the meeting, for a two (2) year term.
If you have an interest or would like to nominate a fellow homeowner to be considered to serve on the Board of Directors, please complete the Board Nomination Form and return to Cedar Management Group or the Board no later than October 18th, 2026.
If you are unable to attend these proceedings, a Proxy Voting Form will allow someone to vote in your place. We would like to stress the importance of completing a proxy should you not be able to attend the meeting in person. Please complete and return the statement to Cedar Management Group or the Board no later than October 18th, 2026.
This is your opportunity as a homeowner to be apprised of important community issues and participate in the voting process for your Board of Directors.
We are working to limit rental in our neighborhood. We have a consent form that we need 127 households to sign (67% of 189 homes).
